"The NCSU program in wetland soils is broad based and covers all aspects of
"wet" soils. Our interests include wetland soil formation and
identification, wetland and water chemistry, hydrologic modeling,
wetland restoration, hydrologic and soil needs of wetland plants, coastal
erosion and revegetation, as well as use of remote sensing techniques including
ground penetrating radar to characterize the material beneath wetlands.
