Instructions for Speaker Presentations

Schedule

Presentations are scheduled in 5 concurrent tracks, January 30-31, 2007. Please note that the full conference spans January 28-February 1, which includes committee meetings and pre- and post-conference events. Please read the agenda carefully before making your travel arrangements.

Time

Presentations are scheduled in 20-minute time slots. Presenters are asked to speak for about 15 minutes and leave 5 minutes for questions. Moderators will be instructed to cut off presentations that exceed 20 minutes in fairness to the following speakers and the audience.

Format and Media

All presentations must be in Power Point and must be stored on either CD or USB flash drive.

Preparation in Savannah

Please bring your presentation on CD or USB flash drive to the Speaker Station located near the registration desk before 9:00am on Tuesday, January 30th. Conference workers will load your presentation onto the correct laptop for the corresponding session room.

Audio-Visual Support

Each session room will have a screen, laptop, LCD projector, microphone, and podium. If you require any other AV equipment, please contact Joni Tanner as soon as possible.

Online Proceedings

The Water Conference Online Proceedings has been developed by North Carolina State University. You may view, edit, and add supporting documents to your original abstract at any time. Your abstract will be automatically loaded onto the Proceedings side of the abstract submission website.
