1:15 Defining Successful Water Programs
This agenda item will be a presentation about defining successful programs for the purpose of this workshop and a working session with participants helping to define success based upon their knowledge and experience.
1:45 Case Studies: An Inside Look
Three case studies will focus on the “how” of success (based on our working definition), rather than the “what” of a program’s accomplishments. Presenters will share the systems and strategies that they view as having been essential for developing and maintaining their programs.
3:15 Program Analysis
Participants will have the chance to share an existing program or an outline of a potential program for discussion and analysis in a small group. Liaisons, National Facilitation Projects, case study presenters, and other colleagues will provide feedback and coaching.
4:00 Building Capacity
During this discussion, participants and presenters will identify knowledge and/or skill sets, and effective delivery mechanisms that are priorities for increasing the capacity of National Water Program to develop, implement, and maintain successful water programs?
