Research: some of my interests, publications, and links to project descriptions

My current interests include cultivar screening for tolerance to high soil acidity and low available phosphorus; evaluation of alternatives for alleviating constraints to root growth in acid subsoils; and development of diagnostic criteria to identify pH, Al toxicity and/or Ca deficiency problems in subsoils. Research is performed in both North Carolina and the tropics of Africa, Asia and Latin America.
