SSC 720 Soil and Plant Analysis
Fall semester of even-numbered years

Objective:
An introduction to quantitative chemical analysis and modern chemical analytical instrumentation as applied to the analysis of water, waste water, soil, soil extract, and plant tissue samples.

Prerequisite:
Soil Science 200 and background in basic sciences (chemistry, physics)

Grading:
lecture and laboratory attendance, laboratory exercises and reports
